Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer

Are you a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with a passion for building innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform? We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Salesforce Developer. If you have 6 years of experience and a strong background in Salesforce development, we want to hear from you.

Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.

- Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce applications.

- Configure and customize Salesforce features such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Workflows.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and middleware platforms.

- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Salesforce platform guidelines.

- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, incorporating them into Salesforce projects where applicable.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on custom application development.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.

- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and middleware platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
