We are currently seeking a Tendering Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis at our corporate office in Jaipur. The selected candidate will contribute in the following ways:
Job Responsibilities:
Identification and study of tenders and review of pre-qualification criteria
Tender estimation and costing, preparation of tender synopsis
Preparing costing (direct & indirect) in accordance with tender requirements
Documentation for tender submission (technical & financial)
Analyzing past bids and conducting competitor analysis
Preparation of post-bid cost estimates (budget)
Draft letters and correspondence with government departments regarding ongoing projects
Coordinate with pre-bid consultants and Perform quantity takeoffs for EPC tenders
Float inquiries, collect quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare comparison statements
Handling any other tasks as needed
Qualifications Required:
M Tech/B Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in National Highway projects
Strong understanding of EPC, PBMC, and related contracts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
