Job Description:
As a Senior Operations Executive at Buddy Deals, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our logistics and supply chain functions run smoothly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service levels. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations across various functions, including supply chain, logistics, customer service, and order fulfillment.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely execution of operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems, supply chain software, and other operational tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
