Position: Sr Manager- QA/QC- Civil

Qualification- Btech Civil, PG - NICMAR(QA/QC)

Experience- 15-17 years

Location- Hyderabad

Telugu is must

Candidate should have exposure in a High Rise Buildings & High End Finishes from a Real ESTATE company in Property Development .


Candidate should be a B.Tech (Civil) graduate and P.G QA/QC ( Nicmar 


Responsible for adhering to the process, procedure, and SOP along with safety norms 

Responsible for preparation / refinement of the organization's QA & QC manual and supervision of all amendments and revisions including timely distribution to all concerns associates 

Responsible for project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, specifications, and QMS requirements including approved method statements, checklists etc. 

Must have the ability to work within project schedules, troubleshooting and good communication skills 

Responsible for identifying deviations and non-conformities, if any, in the day-to-day project execution works 

Must know all relevant IS codes standards 

Responsible for quality pep talks, trade test, adequate training and awareness of QA QC systems to all stakeholders. 

Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required. 

Responsible for ensuring " First Time Right" job with smooth coordination with all inter / interfacing departments 

Responsible for timely submission of all relevant reports and audit compliances along with CAPA 

Responsible for the handover of the completed units to CRM and in turn to the customer with zero snags and utmost customer satisfaction 

Responsible for Timely certification of the relevant bills, challans etc. 

Responsible for quality check of the material received at the site as per order T & C, specifications etc. and organizing for necessary sample collection, testing and submission of reports. 

Responsible for assessment of the vendor's approach towards QA QC and necessary action for continuous improvement. 

Attending all meetings with connect to QA QC, circulations of minutes and timely compliances to action items. 

Timely calibration of the QC equipments 

Responsible to ensure sub-contractors/vendors quality systems and plans are in line with organization / project requirements
