Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing the lifecycle of Identity Management solutions, implementing new applications through various connectors, and maintaining database integrity with script optimization in Oracle/MySQL environments. The role requires expertise in REST API development and a solid understanding of directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.Key Responsibilities:Develop Lifecycle Management (LCM) workflows, rules, connectors, configuration events, scheduled tasks, and other related components within SailPoint IdentityIQ.Onboard new applications to SailPoint using various types of Read/Write Direct connectors.Write database scripts and fine-tune queries in Oracle/MySQL for optimal performance and integrity.Participate in REST API development to facilitate integration with other systems and services.Maintain and manage directory services including Active Directory and LDAP.Analyze and support changes in IAM processes and solutions, providing clear explanations and documentation.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of IAM initiatives.Exhibit attention to detail and a strong client-focused approach in all aspects of work.Category wise Technical Skills:Identity Management: Proficiency in developing and managing Identity Management solutions using

SailPoint IdentityIQ .Database Management: Strong expertise in

Oracle

and

MySQL , including script writing and query optimization.API Development: Good working knowledge of

REST API

development for system integration.Directory Services: Solid understanding of

Active Directory

and

LDAP .Experience:4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management, specifically with SailPoint.Proven track record in developing workflows and connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ.Experience with database management and optimization in Oracle/MySQL environments.Day-to-Day Activities:Design and implement LCM workflows and connectors for various applications.Monitor and optimize existing database scripts and queries to ensure performance efficiency.Collaborate with other IAM team members and stakeholders to address and support changes in identity management processes.Conduct regular reviews of IAM solutions to identify areas for improvement.Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members as needed.RegardsMinu
