We are currently looking for a Sr Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
As a Sr Business Development Executive at Torry Harris, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and growing existing client relationships. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve our business objectives. In this role, you will need to be highly personable and have excellent communication and negotiation skills in order to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective client companies.
3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
4. Research and understand the market and industry trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
5. Prepare and present proposals, sales presentations, and other materials to potential clients.
6. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
7. Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover of new business opportunities and projects.
Skills and qualifications:
1. Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the technology or digital transformation industry.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
3. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Results-driven and proactive approach to achieving sales targets and objectives.
6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
