Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for handling travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, and providing excellent customer service. The day-to-day tasks include creating reservations, coordinating travel itineraries, interacting with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Qualifications

  • Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
  • Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of travel industry software
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field
