Principal Engineer

, you will design, architect, and build services that enable our customers to manage, collaborate and share their content securely. You will also have a seat at the table with our Engineering Leaders as we look to realize double digit growth on a $M+ in a fast-growing market. Ultimately, your goal is to establish technical architecture and decisions for our 50 engineer strong Document Management and Security team, while remaining hands-on so that your technical skills can continue to evolve.This role will be the senior technical leader for our teams in Bangalore and will be the accountable person for technical directions and decisions of this team. This includes:Technical Skills:

Build

: Expertise in developing large-scale Distributed systems using C#, React, AWS, MSK, Snowflake, MongoDB, SQL server

Operate

: Experience in SRE/DevOps, including deployment pipelines, test automation, monitoring and alerting, and incident responseLeadership:

Technical

Oversight

: Ability to drive technical deep dives, code reviews, and architectural reviews.

Prototyping

: Experienced in building rapid proofs-of-concept to evaluate technical decisions

Coaching

: Ability to develop, coach, and mentor engineers in building a high-performing team

Continuous Improvement

: Always looking for opportunities to improve our services, process, and interactions to provide a superior product to our customers.

: A start-up mindset and a bias-for-action in a fast-paced environmentBasic Qualifications:12+ years’ prior or relevant experience in technical skill and leadership details listed.The skill and ability to notice/observe patterns and ways to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, optimize costs, and maintain performance at scale.Experience in Machine LearningGood understanding of traditional machine learning modelsExperience in AWS ML services.ML Ops pipelineDrive best practices in library usage and end-to-end architecture.Work with other development teams to design scalable, robust systems using cloud native architecture principles.Drive solutions for systems or applications at scale.Does this sound like you?
