Company DescriptionDNS Group is a High-End Luxury event planner based in South Delhi. They provide a wide range of services to plan gala weddings, experiential corporate events, stimulating entertainment events, and in-house production of events of all sizes. The group consists of 5 distinct pillars, each specializing in a specific discipline to provide superior quality services.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at DNS Events Pvt Ltd. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, and developing branding materials. They will also work on typography and contribute to the overall visual aesthetic of the company's events and productions.

Candidate need to understand the clients brief and be able to conceptualize & create design accordingly

•Should be able to design Event Collaterals, Posters, Invites, Event Backdrop, Advertisement, Branding, Layouts, Stage, Stall, Exhibitions etc. as per the guideline given by the client.•Should be able to work under pressure and should complete work on the deadline.•Proof reading to produce accurate and high-quality work.•Should be creative and adaptable with the latest technology.•Candidate will be responsible for print specifications, approvals and quality control.•Ability to co-ordinate with vendors at times to clarify designs and help meet production deadlines.•Must be proficient in Corel Draw and other related graphic designing/editing software and print files.

Key requirements & Attributes:

• B.A - Fine Arts, Diploma, Software Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, Vector Software – Adobe Illustrator/ CorelDraw, 3D-Maya or 3D Max • 5+ years’ relevant work experience in event industry • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written • Outstanding Leadership and Organizational skills • Team player • Creative Streak • Willingness to work flexibly • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities

Role & Responsibilities:

• Inspiring creativity throughout all design work• Conceptualize, visualize, brainstorm, ideate, transform and communicate ideas into effective designs/artwork/templates• Collaborating with account holders to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements• Oversee the correct briefing and supervision of the rest of the design team• Ensuring that all design work is completed promptly to the highest standard.• Ensuring that design department is aware of trends and improvement in both techniques and technology that are relevant to the business. Training, coaching and mentoring as required.• Maintain communications and relationships between design team and the other departments.
