Your role
Are you interested in Records Management (RM) and electronic Archiving? Would you like to develop your RE expertise in records management and apply your analytical- andmunication skills in a multinationalpany? We're looking for someone like that to:
• Provide RE subject matter expertise to gather and assess requirements' impacts from our legacy archives and processes
• Manage Business Divisions & Group Functions stakeholders' requirements, gaps and propose how to solve them in collaboration with UBS Archive PODs, SMEs and stakeholders
• You'll be guiding our stakeholders to be able to describe, review and challenge their requirements and upon agreement lead their implementation
• Support as RE the group-wide legacy archive migrations & transitions to new archiving technologies
Your team
You'll be working as a RE in Pune, India and be part of our global RM team, supporting and providing requirements engineering capacity to the Archiving and Records Management Crew based in Switzerland. The crew is part of the Chief Data and Information Office (CDIO) function supporting the oversight and implementation of the RM policy.
Your expertise
• A university degree or business degree
• Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), agile methodologies knowhow
• Proven experience in a role of informationernance (records management, document management, information management)
• Excellentmunication skills and extensive stakeholder management experience
• Experience working inplex banking environments, their processes and products
• A solid Records Management/(Electronic) Archiving knowledge
• Strong technical background would be preferred
• Knowledge of UNIX, Oracle and SQL/PL SQL technologies and advanced Excel skills are a must
• A self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision (you can micromanage yourself)
• Technically minded with strong conceptual and analytical problem solving skills
• Team-orientated but also independently minded
• A greatmunicator, with the ability tomunicate appropriately at all levels in the organization and good at enabling effective interaction with key stakeholders
• Organized and detail oriented when documenting the engineering requirements and backlog items
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks within multiple concurrent activities
• Client and result oriented
• Very good written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
