About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Team Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, with proven leadership experience. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA.
  • Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Backend: PHP (Laravel), , Python
  • Frontend: , WordPress
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Database expertise (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of hands-on development experience.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
