Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our waterproofing projects team in Bangalore. The role involves supervising on-site waterproofing works, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, and assisting in project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing waterproofing works at project sites.
  • Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Maintain daily site reports, material usage records, and work progress updates.
  • Support the project manager in inspections, testing, and handover processes.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical/site issues as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • 0–2 years of site experience, preferably in waterproofing or construction finishing works.
  • Basic knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques, and site safety practices.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work at different project locations across Bangalore, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai.
