Java QA Automation Engineer (5+ Years Experience)
Location : Indore | Company : InfoBeans
Are you a skilled Selenium Automation Engineer with strong Java expertise ? Join our innovative team at InfoBeans and help us build robust, scalable, and efficient automated testing solutions. We're looking for professionals who are passionate about quality and want to make a tangible impact on the products we deliver.
Note : We are not considering profiles with BDD and Cucumber experience for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand testing requirements
Execute and manage test cases, document results, and track defects
Enhance and maintain our automation framework to improve coverage and efficiency
Review test code, suggest improvements, and ensure adherence to quality standards
Monitor test performance and continuously optimize for speed and accuracy
Stay current with evolving automation trends, tools, and technologies
Mentor junior QA engineers in automation best practices
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint planning
What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing
Strong expertise in Java and Selenium WebDriver
Familiarity with JavaScript and test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit
Excellent analytical and debugging skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proven experience in Agile environments; knowledge of CI/CD is a plus
A proactive and collaborative mindset
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Not Required
Experience with BDD or Cucumber is not desired for this role
