Role : Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Gearset Expertise : Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of Gearset solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other platforms as required.

- Pipeline Management : Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines tailored to large-scale organizational needs. Ensure pipelines are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

- Sandbox Management : Oversee and manage multiple Salesforce sandboxes, ensuring proper configuration, synchronization, and data integrity across different environments.

- Deployment Strategies : Develop and execute deployment strategies that minimize downtime and mitigate risks. Implement best practices for release management and version control.

- Automation and Scripting : Create and manage automation scripts to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.

- Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows to ensure high availability and performance of DevOps processes.

- Collaboration : Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to align DevOps practices with organizational goals and project requirements.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of DevOps processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

- Training and Support : Provide training and support to internal teams on Gearset and DevOps best practices. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for troubleshooting and guidance.

Qualifications :

Experience :


- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a DevOps role with a strong focus on Gearset and Salesforce environments.


- Proven track record of managing DevOps processes for large organizations with multiple sandboxes and pipelines.

Technical Skills :

- Expert-level knowledge of Gearset, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and sandbox management .

- Experience with systems & languages (e.g., apex scripting, revenue cloud data models ) for automation purposes.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
