Experience - Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of Accounting.

Qualification - CA / CA Semi qualified

Salary - 15 LPA - 18 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis : Developing and overseeing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to guide the organization's financial decision-making process.

  2. Financial Reporting : Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies. This involves preparing financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  3. Risk Management : Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks that could impact the organization's financial performance or stability. This may involve implementing risk management strategies, such as insurance policies or hedging instruments.

  4. Capital Management : Managing the organization's capital structure, including decisions related to debt financing, equity financing, and capital expenditures. This involves optimizing the use of financial resources to maximize shareholder value while minimizing costs and risks.

  5. Financial Compliance : Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. This includes staying updated on changes in regulatory requirements and implementing necessary controls and procedures to maintain compliance.

  6. Strategic Financial Planning : Providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management. This may involve evaluating investment opportunities, assessing the financial impact of strategic initiatives, and participating in strategic planning discussions.

  7. Treasury Management : Managing the organization's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure adequate funds are available to meet operational needs and strategic objectives. This may involve optimizing cash balances, managing banking relationships, and overseeing cash management processes.

  8. Financial Governance : Establishing and maintaining robust financial governance frameworks and internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure the integrity of financial information.

  9. Leadership and Team Management : Providing leadership and guidance to the finance team, including setting objectives, coaching and developing staff, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  10. Stakeholder Communication : Serving as a key liaison between the finance function and other departments, senior management, the board of directors, external auditors, investors, and other stakeholders. This involves effectively communicating financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to various audiences.
