Job Title: IT Business AnalystExperience: 3+ YearsLocation: BangaloreAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of IT projects.Key Responsibilities- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams.- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment.- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.- Support creation of BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and data flow diagrams.- Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and business stakeholders.- Troubleshoot and resolve requirement-related issues during project execution.- Ensure projects are delivered on time with high-quality documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT project lifecycle.- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and UAT support.- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process maps.- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills- Experience working with enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.- Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis.- Knowledge of ITIL processes or certification is a plus.- Exposure to automation tools or low-code platforms is an added advantage.
