Netscribes is seeking a Wordpress Developer with a knack for creating responsive, mobile-friendly websites and a passion for web technology innovation. Ideal for those who excel in developing sites optimized for various devices and browsers, implementing content management systems, and ensuring top-notch website performance. The perfect candidate will have experience in Wordpress, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like AJAX, Bootstrap, and React JS. This role is well-suited for collaborative individuals eager to stay ahead of web trends, troubleshoot and debug effectively, and contribute to creating engaging landing pages for ad campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the designer and development team to implement WordPress-based websites, themes, and plugins.
  • Customize existing themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
  • Optimize WordPress websites for performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WordPress websites and applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of converting a design template to HTML/WordPress theme.
  • Managing and maintaining all the WordPress websites.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure websites are functioning correctly.


Preferred skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or a related field with over 3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS/Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of SEMRUSH, Google search console.
