Title:Program Manager – Vendor & Transition Management (Technology & Managed Services)Location:Bangalore, KA(Hybrid)Job Type:Fulltime with BayOne SolutionsExperience:Minimum 8+ years of relevant experienceAbout the RoleWe are seeking aproactive and detail-oriented Program Managerto lead and supportlarge-scale technology transitionsinvolvingManaged Service Providers (MSPs)andSystem Integrators (SIs) . This role is ideal for a task-driven professional with deep expertise invendor management, contract governance, transition planning, and global stakeholder coordination .You will act as theprimary liaisonbetween internal technology, procurement, and service delivery teams, ensuring aseamless transitionandsteady-state handoverfor our large enterprise customers in theUSA technology and engineering space .Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Transition ManagementLeadend-to-end transition programsfor large-scale technology and managed service provider engagements.Develop and maintaintransition plans, milestones, risk registers, and communication plans .Ensure smoothhandover of services , minimizing disruption and aligning with SLAs and contractual obligations.Coordinate across global teams (engineering, IT, procurement, and finance) to align deliverables and dependencies.Vendor & Contract ManagementOversee and manageVendor Management Systems (VMS)such asFieldglass , ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and vendor onboarding/offboarding.Act as the single point of contact for allvendor performance management ,renewals , andgovernance meetings .Support contract and SOW management, tracking renewals, expirations, and extensions.Drive performance reviews, KPI tracking, and corrective action plans for vendor partners.Stakeholder & Communication ManagementEngage directly withUSA-based enterprise customersand internal leadership teams to provide status updates, insights, and escalations.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between procurement, technology, and delivery teams.Ensure proactive communication of risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.Process Optimization & ReportingDrive continuous improvement in vendor and transition processes, focusing onautomation, efficiency, and transparency .Generate and maintaindashboards, transition scorecards, and executive summariesfor leadership reporting.Support audits, compliance checks, and financial tracking related to vendor contracts and transitions.Required Skills & Qualifications8+ yearsof experience inProgram Management / Project Coordination / Vendor Managementroles withintechnology, IT services, or engineering industries .Proven track record managinglarge-scale transitions or transformationsinvolvingManaged Service Providers (MSPs)orSystem Integrators (SIs) .Hands-on experience withVendor Management Systems(preferablySAP Fieldglass , Ariba, or similar).Strong understanding ofcontract governance, SLA/KPI management , andprocurement processes .Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management , andpresentation skills(especially with global teams).Proficiency inMS Project, Excel, PowerPoint , and collaboration tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, or Monday.com preferred).Ability to operate independently in afast-paced, matrixed environmentand deliver under pressure.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification.Experience supportingNorth American enterprise customersin technology or engineering domains.Exposure totransition governance frameworksandMSP operating models .Working knowledge offinancial tracking ,budget forecasting , andvendor invoicing processes .Key AttributesProactive, accountable, and organized— a truetask masterwho drives results.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate cross-cultural, distributed teams.Strategic thinker with attention to operational detail.Passion for process excellence and continuous improvement.BayOne is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
