Overview

The Assistant Director / Business Development Manager - Staffing plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our staffing services. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the staffing business. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the sales and recruiting teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development plans and strategies to achieve sales targetsIdentify and prospect potential clients through various channelsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account managementCollaborate with the recruiting team to fulfill client staffing needsNegotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clientsProvide regular reports and updates on business development activities and resultsStay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunitiesConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business growth opportunitiesParticipate in networking events and industry conferences to expand business connectionsContribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the staffing industryDeep understanding of staffing and recruiting processes and best practicesStrong Account Management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesAbility to multitask and work under pressure to meet targetsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry eventsKnowledge of labor laws and regulations related to staffingExperience in developing and executing business development plansProven ability to drive revenue and business growthSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachDetail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
