Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SCCM Administrator to join our team. As an SCCM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, including planning, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SCCM components. You will also be responsible for deploying software updates, software packages, and operating system images using SCCM. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in SCCM administration. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

7 to 10 years of experience in SCCM administrationProficient in planning, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SCCM componentsExperience in deploying software updates, software packages, and operating system images using SCCMStrong knowledge of SCCM client agent configuration and troubleshootingSolid understanding of SCCM infrastructure components and architectureFamiliarity with integrating SCCM with other systems and technologiesExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood documentation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentCertifications in SCCM or related technologies will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the SCCM infrastructure, including planning, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SCCM componentsDeploy software updates, software packages, and operating system images using SCCMEnsure proper configuration and functionality of SCCM client agents on end-user devicesMonitor the health and performance of SCCM infrastructure and resolve any issuesCreate and maintain documentation for SCCM processes, procedures, and configurationsCollaborate with other IT teams to integrate SCCM with other systems and technologiesStay up-to-date with the latest SCCM and Windows Server technologies and recommend improvements to optimize SCCM performance and securityProvide training and assistance to end-users on SCCM functionality and best practices
