Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that empower the marketing team to effectively utilize Adobe Campaign Design, develop, test, deploy, and document technical, business, and support solutions Build advanced automated campaigns for channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, etc. Design & configure ETL logic in MA tool, and set up ETL and data flows Develop dashboards to communicate campaign and marketing performance Come up with recommendations to drive continuous improvement on campaigns Maintain alignment with latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards Train other development resources in Salesforce/Adobe Campaign development practices as needed

Requirements

Adobe Campaign professional with minimum 1+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience Experience in marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management, and online marketing Experience in creating and managing segments, personalized strategies and multi-channel campaigns Experience with design and implementation including development of campaign and technical workflows, data schemas, and reporting Programming experience: Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML, JQuery, SQL, JSON, Shell script, AMPscript, SSJS Sound knowledge of database management concepts and best practices Proficient in SQL (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Snowflake) Strong understanding of IP Warming best practices Experience in Interpreting and translating metrics/analytics into insightful analysis to improve campaign performance Good to have Classic v7 certification Strong logical and analytical abilities, along with excellent communication skills
