Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience – 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Should be hands on with Fast formula, BIP, HCM Extracts, HDL
  • Fast formula experience in any of this module (Absence / OTL / Payroll) is mandatory
  • Should have excellent communications skills and with prior client handling experience will be an added advantage
  • It will be full-time remote opportunity and can operate from anywhere in India.
  • Willing to work in Shift Hrs – 2Pm to 11Pm (IST) or 3Pm to 12Am (IST)

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Absence / OTL / Payroll)
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HCM Extracts).
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.

Requirements
