DMG plays a critical role in our global success and we are looking to scale up our team with high caliber individuals.As the DMG team lead, you will have operational ownership of a relatively new but highly strategic part of our research vertical.Your role is centered around the following key pillars:‒Research leadership with passion for high quality output and ability to guide teams and drive best practices‒Drive headcount planning and recruitment - hiring strategy and execution for both campus and lateral hiring‒Team management - you train, develop and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal and professional growth‒Collaboration - Work effectively with (global) stakeholders to drive resource optimization‒Independently lead strategic initiatives - continuously identify and own improvement opportunities with a hands-on/getting things done mindsetWhat do you need to join us?10+ years experience;
