About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaplan Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing complex Anaplan models to support our clients' financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and other enterprise performance management (EPM) needs.

You will leverage your expertise in Anaplan, along with your strong business acumen and analytical skills, to deliver innovative solutions that drive strategic decision-making for large multinational companies.

Responsibilities :

1. Anaplan Modeling :

- Work closely with business analysts and solution architects to understand client requirements and translate them into robust and scalable Anaplan models.

- Develop and maintain complex Anaplan models, leveraging advanced features and functionalities like calculations, data integrations, workflows, and user interfaces.

- Implement best practices for model design, data governance, and security to ensure model maintainability and scalability.

2. Implementation and Deployment :

- Participate in all phases of the Anaplan implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and user training.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

- Ensure models are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment to production environments.

Technical Skills :

- Possess strong hands-on experience in building Anaplan models, utilizing advanced features and functionalities effectively.

- Experience with data integration techniques for connecting Anaplan with various data sources (e.g., ERP, CRM).

- Familiarity with data analysis and manipulation techniques using Excel or other tools.

Experience and Knowledge :

- Proven experience in successfully implementing Anaplan solutions for large multinational companies within an analytical environment.

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- (Preferred) Prior experience implementing on-premise EPM solutions like SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, or Oracle Hyperion.

Additional Skills :

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Anaplan and EPM best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

- Proven experience in Anaplan modeling and development (3+ years).

- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.

- Experience working in an analytical environment and delivering solutions for large companies.

- (Preferred) Consulting or implementation experience with on-premise EPM solutions (SAP BPC, TM1, Hyperion).

- Advanced Excel knowledge
