The Indian subsidiary, based in Bangalore, is a global resource that provides engineering and technological solutions for many business units. The company provides engineering and design services including but not limited to drafting, computer aided design, computer aided engineering, solid modeling, finite element analysis, sourcing, business development, marketing and other related activities and services in relation to the above sectors. The facility has electronics labs and the potential for a vehicle and mechanical engineering workshop.

About the Business Unit:

The aviation segment of the company is the leading general aviation authority and home to iconic aircraft brands which account for more than half of all general aviation aircraft flying. Its product portfolio includes five principal lines of business: business jets, general aviation and special mission turboprop aircraft, high performance piston aircraft, military trainer and defense aircraft, and a complete global customer service organization. Education and Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering or a comparable education, Electrical engineering education is desirable; Master's in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics preferred.Max. 4 years' experience ideally in

automotive electrical or electronic systems , including Electro-Mechanical parts is required.Knowledge of motors, reed switches & solenoids is a benefit.Injection molding & Blow molding product design knowledge.Technical understanding of 2D engineering drawings.Experience using PLM Enovia system.Ideally international experience by studying or working in foreign countries.Business English language Skills are necessary.

Responsibilities:

Decide, plan, and control all technical issues related to assigned project and support the Project Team in delivering highest quality solutions to our customers in line with FLP (Flawless Launch Process)Cooperate with Project Engineer/s to ensure that product and system architecture meets Customer specifications and demands.Work with manufacturing team to ensure products can meet the manufacturing / process requirements.DV & PV test planning supportSupport new business, assessing Customer specifications and making technical proposals to meet these.Interpretation of test results and solving of any failures.Introduction Of the necessary actions and modifications as required to ensure that all necessary parts or the customer are available on time.Responsible for DFMEA.Ensure product development complies with customer processes.
