*Job Description:*


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Back End Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, database management, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.


*Key Responsibilities:*


- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure back-end systems and APIs.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement data storage solutions and ensure efficient database performance.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.


*Requirements:*


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in back-end development.
  • Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, or C#.
  • Experience with back-end frameworks and libraries such as Express, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, or ASP.NET.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL), including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with server management and deployment using tools like Nginx, Apache, Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architecture.
  • Understanding of version control systems such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Understanding of authentication and security protocols like OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS.
  • Experience with testing and debugging tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
