Our projects range from modern residences to retail and commercial spaces, and we believe that smart, coordinated BIM workflows make great design possible.We’re looking for an Architectural BIM Modeler who’s skilled in Autodesk Revit, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership in shaping our BIM standards as we grow.What You’ll DoDevelop and manage Revit architectural models through all design stages (concept to construction).Prepare accurate drawings, documentation, and schedules from the model.Create and modify Revit families, templates, and libraries in line with our BIM standards.Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants to ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes.Support the team in setting up BIM workflows and maintaining model health and organization.Participate in internal design discussions and contribute to improving modelling efficiency.Assist in visualization outputs (Enscape/Twinmotion) and presentation sheets.What We’re Looking For2–5 years of hands-on Revit Architecture experience in real-world projects.Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD levels, and drawing/documentation standards.Proficiency in Revit family creation, parametric components, and workshared environments.Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with Navisworks or Solibri is a plus.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.Good communication and teamwork skills — able to collaborate in a small, dynamic setup.Nice to HaveExposure to Dynamo, Revit add-ins, or basic scripting for automation.Experience in rendering/visualization (Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion).Interest in contributing to BIM standards and digital design innovation.Why Join UsBe part of a core team at an early stage and help define how we grow.Direct mentorship from architects passionate about technology-driven design.Flat hierarchy, open communication, and creative freedom.Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to work on varied projects and learn across design, documentation, and coordination.How to ApplySend your resume, a short cover letter, and a few sample Revit drawings or portfolio sheets (PDFs or screenshots are fine) to with the subject line: “Application – BIM Modeler (Revit) – Mumbai”Please mention your current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
