Role & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets. This includes identifying potential clients, industries, and market segments to focus on.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing appropriate solutions. Additionally, identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base.Technical Expertise:
Possess a deep understanding of the company's products and services, particularly in the field of process filtration. Provide technical support to clients, assisting them in selecting the most suitable filtration solutions for their specific requirements.Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.Proposal Development:
Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining the benefits and features of the company's filtration products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that proposals meet client requirements and are delivered in a timely manner.Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Forecast sales volumes and revenues, tracking progress against targets on a regular basis. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, as well as other departments such as engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer satisfaction.Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated on advancements in filtration technology and industry best practices. Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.Travel:
Depending on the client base and business requirements, the role may involve frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.
