Position: Human Resources Associate

Job Description:

As a Human Resources Associate at Futures Next, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assisting with employee relations matters, including responding to inquiries and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Coordinating employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
  • Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
