Now, we're looking for a
Senior Designer
who can step right in and grow with us—someone who can lead projects end-to-end and become an extension of the founder.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading
    client meetings
    with confidence and warmth
  • Driving
    design selections
    and detailing with an eye for aesthetics
  • Coordinating across the
    design & project management team
  • Creating
    BOQs & vendor mappings
    that flow seamlessly into execution
  • Managing
    vendors, budgets, and timelines
    with structure and clarity
  • Defining
    brand standards
    and elevating PV Heim's design identity
  • Bringing
    original, boundary-pushing creativity
    to every project

Apply only if you:

  • Are
    fluent in English
    (spoken & written – client-facing role)
  • Have
    minimum 3 years of experience in luxury residential design
  • Have
    at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Revit
  • Can independently handle design, vendors, and client communication
  • A genuine love for design that's thoughtful, functional, and memorable

Competitive compensation:
