The ideal candidate has managed e-commerce/D2 C ad accounts, knows how to scale budgets profitably, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns for D2 C brands.Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA) and make data-backed decisions.Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to test new ad angles and creatives.Manage campaign budgets efficiently and report actionable insights.Stay up to date with platform changes and best practices in performance marketing.Requirements1–2 years of experience managing Meta Ads for D2 C or e-commerce brands.Proven record of handling ₹5 L+ monthly ad spends.Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Available for onsite work (Delhi NCR) and ready to join immediately.What We OfferWork with multiple high-growth fashion and streetwear brands.Performance-driven culture with growth potential.Exposure to advanced ad strategies, scaling frameworks, and top-tier creative systems.
