Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementation, analyzing, and improving our business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. The Senior Lead Analytics Consultant will work closely with various stakeholders across different verticals to implement solutions to optimize workflows and drive organizational success.
Overall, your role would involve a combination of technical expertise and effective communication to successfully automate a large volume of reports for the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
- Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to understand reporting requirements and data sources.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to streamline data analysis processes.
- Utilize tools like SQL, Python, or other scripting languages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for reporting purposes.
- Design and implement dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights on Power BI.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on reporting solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in automated reports through regular validation and testing.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in report automation and analytics.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users to effectively utilize automated reporting tools.
- Master's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Analytics.
- Proven experience (9+ Years) in report automation and data visualization, preferably in an analytics or business intelligence setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Automate , Alteryx or other relevant programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
