Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and vendors all time.
  • Day to day follow up for new ES installation, Reinstallation and Deinstallation request if any.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints timely.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Taking prompt action on customer query & the incidents as per standard process.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints as per standard process
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure to follow all compliances related to workflow.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Basic job requirement

  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate or any certification related to technical field
  • Good communication skills - English and Hindi is MUST
  • Experience in ES will add more value.
  • Understanding of various MS & Vendors operations will be added advantage
  • Ready to work in shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night incl. Weekends)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team
  • Should be able to interact with Banks and service providers
