Job Title: Video Editor Location: Remote This is not your average editing job. You won't be spending 80% of your time sifting through hours of boring raw footage. We use AI to generate stunning, cinematic clips from the start. Your job is to take this incredible raw material and turn it into magic. We are an AI-powered media company building the next generation of channels for You Tube and Instagram. We believe the difference between a video that gets 1,000 views and one that gets 10 million is the edit . The pacing, the rhythm, the sound, the soul—that all comes from you. We're looking for an editor who is an artist, a storyteller, and a growth hacker all in one. You understand that a great edit isn't just about looking good; it's about making the audience feel something and keeping them hooked until the very last second. What This Role is Really About: Crafting the Rhythm & Pace: You are the master of pacing. You'll take our scripts and AI visuals and turn them into a dynamic, engaging experience that holds attention from the first frame to the last. Adding the Soul (Sound is 50% of the Video): You will own the sound design. You'll select the perfect music, add impactful sound effects, and mix audio to create an immersive experience. Editing for the Algorithm: You'll build powerful visual hooks in the first 3 seconds. You'll use editing techniques (J-cuts, L-cuts, speed ramps, graphics) to maximize audience retention and watch time. Finding the Gold: You'll have a library of incredible AI-generated clips at your disposal. You’ll have the creative eye to select the most powerful and emotionally resonant shots to tell the story. Building a Visual Identity: You'll help define the visual style and editing language for our channels, ensuring our content is instantly recognizable and top-tier. We Need to Talk to You If: You feel the pacing of a video in your bones. You just know when a cut is a fraction of a second too late. You believe that sound design is one of the most powerful and underrated tools in storytelling. You watch viral videos and instinctively deconstruct the editing techniques that made them successful. You're not just a technician; you're a storyteller who uses editing as your language. The idea of working with a limitless library of cinematic AI clips sounds like a creative playground to you. You are well versed with all the latest AI tools for image and video generation alongside a strong control on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci, Capcut etc.  If you're an editor who wants to be a key player in the growth of our channels and set a new standard for online video, we want to see your work.
