Customer Care Manager

to lead our customer service function and ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Role SummaryThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual materials for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a passion for fashion to deliver designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and marketing objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign CreationDevelop visually compelling designs for social media, website, email campaigns, product packaging, and other marketing materials.Create design templates, mockups, and layouts that reflect the brand’s contemporary and chic aesthetic.Design look books, catalogs, and marketing collateral for seasonal campaigns and product launches.Brand ConsistencyMaintain consistency across all visual assets by adhering to brand guidelines and standards.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand messaging.Digital DesignCreate graphics for digital platforms, including banners, ads, landing pages, and e-commerce visuals.Design creative assets for social media, including posts, stories, reels, and advertisements.

Print DesignDesign print-ready materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and packaging.Work closely with vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.Innovation & Trend AwarenessStay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in the fashion and design industries.Experiment with new design concepts and tools to bring fresh ideas to the brand.Collaboration & CoordinationCollaborate with the content, marketing, and social media teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.Work with photographers, stylists, and videographers to conceptualize and produce visual content.Time & Project ManagementManage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.Prioritize tasks based on business needs and campaign timelines.

Key Skills & CompetenciesCreative Expertise:

Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for color, typography, and composition.Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Canva or CorelDRAW.Digital & Print Design:

Strong knowledge of design for both digital platforms and print production.Fashion Sensibility:

A deep understanding of contemporary fashion trends and aesthetics.Attention to Detail:

Meticulous in ensuring designs are pixel-perfect and aligned with the brand's identity.Collaboration:

Strong team player with excellent communication skills.Time Management:

Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.8-10 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio of fashion or lifestyle projects.Prior experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry is highly desirable.Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
