Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MCA

Experience : 12+ Years

AGM - IT Infra, will be primarily responsible for Design, Implementation and Management of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Entra (AD), O365, Azure cloud instances.

The role is responsible for manage best industry practices with concern on information security trends and data protection as forefront, performance, availability, front end as tech savvy in the Organization Microsoft and azure cloud practices.

The Senior Manager will work with cross-functional teams and be responsible for leading end to end projects, system administration, SLAs and metrics and monitoring the cloud implementations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with Program/project management of Azure & O365 Platform;

• Experience working with projects involving Data and Automation and cross-functional IT teams;
• Experience leading teams;
• Strong communication, leadership and client facing skills;

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Experience in Exchange to O365 migration

2. Technical background with Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policies, OUs etc for on Prem / Cloud Encompass strong listening and interpersonal skills.

3. Maintain technical credibility within the Microsoft field through demonstration of thought leadership, including maintaining up to date industry certifications.

4. Manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

5. Provide expert technical architectural support and guidance for solution opportunities that involve Microsoft end user computing, and integration with certain select third party products.

6. Participate in the audit process to understand security portfolio, technical objectives, and configuration changes.

7. Develop and release technical and service delivery collateral including deployment guides, best practices, “As Built” documents, and solution reference architectures, SOPs etc.

8. Collaborate with IT Leadership team and build collateral.

9. Create technology solutions and participate in services engineering activities such as proof-of concepts, pilots, use case development, Licensing and solution validation.

10. Support team with delivery management and practice management.

11. Act as a lead technologist and maintain a broad understanding of all cloud infrastructure (Microsoft) technologies.

12. Implement solutions to meet the business/technical objectives – including Assessment, Design, Implementation, Transitional Support, and Optimization.

• An ideal candidate will have experience designing and performing implementations, migrations, and upgrades for:
• Active Directory, Azure AD, Shell Scripting, Exchange Server (2010+), M365, Clustering, Windows Server (2022), Azure Virtual Desktop; SCOM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Always On VPN, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams, VCenter etc.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience architecting and configuring Microsoft solutions including solutions for transformational IT initiatives.
• Possess a broad base of technical skills, operational acumen, and a strong desire to lead.
• Understand the detail behind the implemented solution and can communicate the high-level vision with the internal stakeholders.
• Able to foster teamwork among the delivery teams.
• Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.
• Proficiency in IaaS, PaaS & SaaS solutions
• Develop windows batch scripts to automate system administration tasks.
• Analytical ability.
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently own and drive engagements from start to finish.
