Location : Vijaywada, Chennai, Tirupati, Ranchi, Raipur, Ahmedabad

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 4+ years of relevant training experience in consumer durable industry

Job Description:

  • Build & Certify capabilities (Functional & People) in Digital stores.
  • Drive cadre building programs
  • Plan new hire training programmes
  • Design & delivery new store training programmes
  • Plan training calendar for all required training interventions.
  • Training delivery of people, product and behavioral programs.
  • Training needs identification & accordingly training delivery.
  • Managing stakeholders' L&D requirements.
  • Visit stores to delivery in store training
  • Submit all training reports
