This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact product at an early stage, within a dynamic and experienced leadership environment.The engineering manager will be expected to take full ownership of the tech stack, work directlywith the engineering lead and founder, have equity in the company and obtain a fast tracked career trajectory. Location: HSR Layout in Bangalore2 . Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science3. Experience: 7–10 years of total work experience with a strong product-building background4. Founding/Leadership Experience: Prior experience as part of a founding or early engineering team in a startup5. Technical Expertise:a. Python: 5+ years of hands-on coding experienceb. Web Frameworks: Strong experience with FastAPI or Flaskc. Databases: Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDBd. Message Queues & Streaming: Proficiency with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celerye. DevOps: Solid experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deploymentsf.
