Job Description :

As a Technical Architect at Nibav Lifts, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technical solutions that align with our business objectives. The Technical Architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design :


- Lead the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Technology Evaluation :


- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to the organization.


- Conduct feasibility studies and make recommendations for technology adoption or improvement.

Guidance and Mentorship :


- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


- Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Risk Management :


- Identify potential risks in projects and propose mitigation strategies.


- Anticipate technical challenges and provide solutions to overcome them.

Documentation :


- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.

Qualifications :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


- Proven experience 8 years as a Technical Architect or similar role in a technology driven environment.

- In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.


- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
