Responsibilities:

The selected candidate’s responsibilities include:

-Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive sales and profitability for the brand across all e-commerce channels and marketplaces.

-Oversee the entire D2C operation, including product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

-Manage relationships with key e-commerce partners and platforms to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.

-Analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

-Lead the expansion into new markets or channels.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales performance, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value, to drive data-driven decision-making.

-Manage the P&L for the e-commerce business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

-Identifying new product launch opportunities


Qualifications

Available for a full time (in-office)

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, market dynamics, and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills

Education qualification: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 

Experience more than 1 year, preferably with an E-commerce/D2C company
