Primary: Sales force marketing cloud, sales force administration User setup and management and troubleshoot login issues Data management, updates, mass data loads. Service Cloud - case assignment, auto response rules and case management Reports & Dashboards - advanced Creation and customization of list views Experience with Salesforce 'Flow' & creation/troubleshooting of advanced automation Monitoring of scheduled jobs and daily checks Experience working with version control system for designs and code, such as git, subversion etc. as part of CI/CD process. Experience working with different RDBMS , preferably SQL server. Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, SF Identify, SF CRM, SF APEX development. Extensive infrastructure knowledge around Load balancing, Content Delivery Networks, SSL, Domains, firewalls etc. Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Candidate to be proactive, able to manage his or her own work and contribute to discussions on a team level. Should be flexible to work in 24 5 shift (1.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (2.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (4.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
