Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end civil engineering projects in Uttarakhands hilly terrains, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and quality delivery.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensure compliance with design & safety standards, and resolve technical/site issues.
  • Labour & Contractor Management: Manage workforce and contractors, maintain workflow, boost productivity, and resolve labour concerns.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Supervise daily construction, track progress, manage budgets/resources, enforce standards, and liaise with clients/subcontractors.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality checks, enforce standards, and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records (labour, material, progress) and share updates with stakeholders using Gantt charts.

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with significant experience in hilly regions.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and materials specific to hilly terrains.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working on projects in Uttarakhand or similar hilly regions.
  • Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
