Promo Producer – CraftMyPlateLocation: HyderabadDepartment: Marketing & CreativeRole Type: Full-time/OnsiteCompensation - 3.6 - 8 LPAAbout the RoleAs a Promo Producer at CraftMyPlate, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing short-form promotional content that showcases our catering offerings, customer stories, event experiences, menus, and app features. Your content will help drive brand awareness, app installs, and conversions across Hyderabad and future markets as we expand to major cities.This role combines creativity, storytelling, and hands-on production skills. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to bring our brand to life through compelling videos and digital promos.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Conceptualization & PlanningDevelop creative ideas for promos, ads, reels, and food showcase videos.Understand customer segments, corporate, events, parties, family gatherings, and tailor concepts accordingly.Build content calendars aligned with campaign goals (app relaunch, festive menus, new features, corporate offers, etc.).Video Production & EditingScript, storyboard and shoot promotional videos.Capture food visuals, event shots, kitchen BTS, customer testimonials, and hero product shots.Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the CraftMyPlate brand.Promotional Campaign SupportCreate video assets for performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube).Produce app walkthroughs and feature explainers for product launches.Build short, high-impact promos optimized for reels/shorts and ad formats.On-Ground CoordinationWork with kitchens, event teams, and delivery partners to film real orders, menus, and event setups.Manage logistics for shoots: locations, talent, props, lighting, equipment.Post-Production & DeliveryDeliver fast turnarounds on edits.Produce multiple versions of promos for different placements (15s, 30s, 6s bumpers).Create thumbnail concepts and captions when needed.Required SkillsStrong sense of visual storytelling for food & lifestyle contentAbility to shoot using DSLR/mirrorless camerasUnderstanding of ad formats for Meta, Google, and YouTubeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesCreative thinking and trend awareness (Reels, Shorts, memes, transitionExperience in food/beverage, hospitality, or consumer brandsGood to HaveFamiliarity with motion graphics/After EffectsAbility to direct talent or customers during shootsExperience working with performance marketing teamsWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-performing promo videos with strong engagement and conversionsConsistent pipeline of content ready for ads and socialVideos that clearly communicate CraftMyPlate’s value, bulk ordering, customization, convenienceSmooth coordination with operations and marketing teamsWhy Join CraftMyPlate?You’ll be shaping the visual identity of a fast-growing catering brand that is redefining bulk food ordering for events, offices, and families.
