The ideal candidate will have 4 years of hands-on HR experience across core operational areas such as payroll, compliance, recruitment, and employee engagement. This role offers a blend of administrative HR responsibilities and proactive employee interaction, especially with plant workers and blue-collar employees. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain and update comprehensive HR records including personnel files, compensation details, and benefits administration. Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll; maintain the salary register and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.). Manage employee attendance systems on a daily basis and generate relevant reports for the HR Manager. Conduct regular visits to the plant to engage with workers, address concerns, and ensure workplace harmony. Support administrative tasks including documentation, office coordination, and vendor communication. Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar and white-collar positions: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Execute and manage the onboarding process, including document collection, induction, and orientation for all new joiners. Prepare and present MIS reports related to HR metrics, headcount, attendance, and attrition. Create PowerPoint presentations for internal HR reviews and training sessions. Coordinate and support timely statutory and internal HR compliance processes. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, payroll, and compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and timelines Comfortable interacting with blue-collar workforce and resolving grievances effectively Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and fit) Perks: Mediclaim, Provident Fund (PF), Paid Holidays, and other company benefits
