Job DescriptionRole SAP PS Functional Consultant with strong skills in SAP PS with minimum 6-8 years of experience. Needs ability to understand complex business processes which are custom built on SAP. The consultant will partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables for same.

The consultant will implement, customize, and test solutions on client system and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed; as well as:Needs to have basic understanding of SAP CPM,PPM,SD,FICO module.Knowledge of any of the following ABAP WebDynpro,Key Skills -Project systems (Mandatory and should be expert)Creation and management of projectsCreation and management of simulated versions of projectsMaintenance of easy cost planning for projectKnowledge of business process like O2C, P2PGood knowledge in Project Settlement and Project customization reqriedABAP (Exposure)RFC and BAPIs conceptABAP Webdynpro programming basicsUnderstanding of user exitsGeneral SAP UnderstandingGood understanding of enterprise structureCritical master data like material master, BOMs etcAwareness on SAP authorization conceptUnderstanding of ABAP concepts and interface concepts like RFC, IDOCs etc.Exposure to SAP SD module will be an added advantageAble to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Multi-tasking abilitiesStrong requirements gathering and scope management skillsAbility to translate SAP requirements into SAP technical design efficientlyAbility to coordinate and work in an onsite-offshore environment.To be the business process & SAP best practice champion.Ensure seamless and smooth integration between the various processes in scopeEnsure new processes fit appropriately aligning with Siemens and SAP standard processesEnable Solution approach to prevent potential technical/integration conflictsPropose suitable alternate options and facilitating the final decisionEXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go-Live of customer implementation projectsPerform feasibility studies and process design reviewsTake responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasksDevelop detailed plan of process implementationDefine detailed blueprint for development requirementsLead industry/corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)Develop and assure quality of process modelsDemonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and toolsAssist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and solves software problems)Analyze and map clients business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.Support the Services Organization with implementation projects, pre-sales support (estimating), spot consulting and internal projects and commit to the success of customers, partners, colleagues, and SAPQualificationsBE/BTECH/ME/MTECH
