Strong hands-on experience withVertex O Seriestax configuration and integration. Solid understanding of OTC business processes: sales order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, credit management, and revenue processes. Experience with tax determination, jurisdiction setup, and global tax compliance within SAP. Proficiency in SAP SD configuration: pricing procedures, condition records, tax conditions, copy controls, and master data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot tax calculation issues. Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support projects involving Vertex.
