Job Title:

Telecaller (Full-Time)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Telecaller with excellent communication skills to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and providing information about our products/services to patients/clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:

  2. Make outbound calls to patients/clients to promote services, follow up on leads, and provide information.

  3. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

  4. Communication & Customer Handling:

  5. Use excellent communication skills to build rapport, convey information clearly, and handle objections.

  6. Address patient/client queries and concerns professionally.

  7. Lead Generation & Conversion:

  8. Identify potential leads and work towards converting them.

  9. Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact.

  10. Data Management:

  11. Accurately update call logs, lead status, and other relevant data in our system.

  12. Ensure data is up-to-date and properly maintained.

Requirements:

  1. Communication Skills:

  2. Excellent verbal communication skills in (Language(s) required, e.g., English, Hindi).

  3. Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally over phone.

  4. Experience:

  5. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service is desirable.

  6. Skills:

  7. Good listening skills and ability to handle conversations effectively.

  8. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

  9. Availability:

  10. Available to work full-time (typically 8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week).
