Role : Full Stack Developer Location : Hyderabad, Telangana Experience : 2-5 Years Must-Have : - Experience with React Native, NodeJS, NextJS, and SQL. - Good experience with HTML, CSS, JS. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile app features using React, React Native, SQLite, Node JS, NestJS, Typescript, NextJS, HTML, and CSS - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features - Completely build and own features/modules independently without guidance - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices - Proactively identify and drive changes as needed across all product areas - Build efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems - Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues - Participate in code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and product quality - Provide strategic insight and technical guidance on how to architect our code base to support our user base as we scale product features - Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries. - Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 3 years of experience in Fullstack development - Strong proficiency in modern front-end & backend frameworks and tools, such as Node JS, React JS and React Native - Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. - Understanding of web & mobile accessibility principles and best practices. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment - Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and debugging skills. - Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Typescript - Good understanding of design patterns, object-oriented design, and frameworks - Must have experience in delivering software via a complete Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline. - Experience with SCRUM methodology - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have : - Experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools - Familiarity with Agile methodologies - Previous start-up experience or contribution to any open-source project - Experience with SQLite and offline Benefits : - Quarterly team meals and activities - Team outings - Professional development opportunities - Collaborative and innovative work environment (ref:hirist.tech)
