Responsibilities:Lead the development of high-quality concepts and visual directions across integrated campaigns, collaborating closely with production, creative, and strategy teams.Guide and mentor junior designers, art directors, and cross-functional creative partners to elevate the overall creative output.Build and maintain strong relationships with agency creative leads, account teams, and production partners to ensure seamless project execution.Partner effectively with Copywriters, Information Architects, and Producers to drive ideation, concepting, and flawless execution.Review and refine creative recommendations based on client feedback; ensure final approved concepts are communicated clearly across all departments.Oversee work-in-progress with project management, ensuring that concepts align with brand guidelines, client expectations, and creative excellence.Present creative concepts and strategic design solutions confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to proactively push innovative design solutions.Education & Experience:10+ years of experiencein digital, print, and integrated marketing within an agency or similar creative environment.Formal education in advertising design, visual communication, or a related field preferred.A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across platforms.Proven ability to craft compelling visual identities, layouts, and creative assets with strong design judgment and imagination.Expertise in digital content creation, including websites, email, social content, interactive tools, and emerging platforms.Experience with responsive design and designing for multi-device environments.Highly proficient in design software and digital tools; strong understanding of art techniques and production processes.Comfortable leading client presentations, articulating design rationale, and influencing stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to creative challenges.Previous experience as a Senior Art Director or Art Director leading significant campaigns or accounts is preferred.
