Role-

Process Design EngineerExperience - 10 to 20 yearsJob Location - Chennai

Roles & ResponsibilitiesScoping of projects, including process deliverablesReview and approve process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, Design Basis, Process Narratives, Process Calculations, Equipment Specification documents, etc)Review and approve process engineering work plansReview and approve basis of design documentsEstimate work-hoursProvide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including the ClientsResponsible for design integrity of process engineering scope, performance of assigned staff, and on-schedule delivery of the work within budgetLead technical presentations to Clients and their representatives as requiredServe as technical resource to Process Engineers and related Discipline engineers and designersSound knowledge of basic engineering principles, P&ID/PFD development, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, safety devicesUnderstanding of Process simulation methods (e.g. HYSYS,ProMax, Pipenet)Familiarity with key SA engineering standards and proceduresAbility to handle responsibility and complete projects within scheduleExperience with firewater demand calculations and equipment requirements, industrial drainage design and equipment, familiarity with the associated Saudi Aramco standards are desirableMust be proficient in English, oral and writtenExcellent technical presentation skills required
